Challenge
There's a need for speed—our operations for these large-scale productions demanded rapid turnaround, starting from securing these world-class acts to managing intricate production logistics. While our chosen venue offers a distinct flair, the historic Pasir Panjang Power Station presented spatial constraints that required meticulous planning and adaptation. We also had to navigate logistics and manage the expectations of artists accustomed to larger productions, requiring strategic downscaling to align with the location's specifications without sacrificing performance quality.
Solution
We established a strong partnership with Creation Collective to create seamless and timelier operations; together we drive the new Warehouse Series, bringing a stunning lineup of world-class acts to the shores of Singapore at Pasir Panjang Power Station, starting from Jamie XX and Black Coffee. This collaboration also empowers us to adopt agile workflows, enabling us to adapt quickly to volatile factors including artist, location, complex technical riders, and crowd management for future projects.
Execution
The shows were a resounding success as we successfully shaped distinct identities for each act under the series, highlighting the artists and audience engagement. They were a one-of-a-kind audio-visual spectacle on its own, made possible by a collective effort from the team across the board. We delivered flawless productions, fetching nearly 4,000 attendees in each show. The shows were a clear demonstration of our expertise in end-to-end project management, which encompassed design curation, stakeholder management, production, logistics, and on-site execution.
